CANCELLATION POLICY -
If for whatever reason you cannot make your appointment and need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24hrs prior to your appointment date and time. Any deposits or payments will be lost on cancellations with less than 24 hours notification.
- NO SHOW POLICY -
If you fail to show up to your appointment and you do not notify us by cancelling 24 hours prior to it, you will be charged 50% of the full cost of your no show treatment on your next booking.
A non-refundable deposit of £15 is required to book an appointment.
- LATE POLICY -
If you are 10mins late, a late fee of £10 will be added to your final balance. If after a total of 20mins we are unable to fit you in due to your lateness, your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your payment/deposit. IF your treatment is still performed, you will only receive the service according to the time that is available. However, if this does happen it is highly possible that only 70% of your lashes can be covered in the time remaining. Please note this and plan your journey in advance to avoid being late.
NEW CLIENTS -
If you are a new client to So Criss House Of Nails, you will need to have a patch test. It is 100% compulsory that you have this done to ensure your own safety with treatments that involve lash extensions. Book your Patch Test separately, at least 48 hours prior to your main appointment.

- YOUR NATURAL LASHES
In order to deliver the best results when installing eyelashes, please ensure you are not wearing any makeup, especially eye makeup (eye shadow/mascara especially is a no no). This will ensure your appointment starts on time and also allow better retention of the lash extension to your natural lash. If you are wearing makeup, you will be charged £10.
